RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your T-Shirt or Leather Jacket not the perfect fit? Not a problem. We have an open ONLINE return policy.
We will pay for shipping on all returns in the United States.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to try the fit and feel the quality of our products.
All Returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
All IN STORE purchases can be exchanged or issued store credit for unworn items only and must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.
All CUSTOM leather order sales are FINAL.
If something doesn’t work out for some particular reason just send an email to email@example.com and we will email you PDF return label. You can just tape it to your original box and drop it by your local post office. Please just include a note saying why you are returning the item. As soon as it arrives back we will process the refund or exchange it for you. All returns will be accepted at the discretion of The Cast.

THE CAST is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and package the piece properly with padding.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The majority of our products are in stock, however, some products may be made to-order. (i.e. archive t-shirts & custom leather jackets). Delivery of your order will depend on your chosen shipping method.

We ship via United States Postal Service. THE CAST is not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Other shipping methods are available by request.
