RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your item isn't the perfect fit, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for another size or another item of equal value.We will pay for shipping on all exchanges in the United States. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to try the fit and feel the quality of our products.

*To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for an exchange, you can contact us at info@thecast.com or call us at (212) 228-2020 during operational hours. If your return for exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for return for exchange merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and package the piece properly with padding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Custom Leather orders

All custom orders are queued and scheduled in the order they are received. When you place your order, we'll contact you about the schedule and let you know when you can expect your custom jacket. Delivery times vary and may take 4-10 weeks or more. We may be able to produce it faster depending on the complexity of your jacket!

All garments are made to the exact measurements and specifications of the customer from the time they submit and place their order.

Due to the nature of these custom-produced pieces, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
