RETURN POLICY

Your T-Shirt or Leather Jacket not the perfect fit? Not a problem. We have an open ONLINE return policy. We will pay for shipping on all returns in the United States.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to try the fit and feel the quality of our products!

All Returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

All IN STORE purchases can be exchanged or issued store credit for unworn items only with tags attached and must be returned and exchanged within 7 days of purchase date.

All CUSTOMIZER purchases are FINAL.

All SALE purchases are FINAL.

*SITE-WIDE SALE JACKETS and SHIRTS may be eligible for exchange or store credit (unworn items only and exchanged within 30 days of purchase).

All returns will be accepted at the discretion of The Cast.

THE CAST is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and package the piece properly with padding.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

*All SALE items.
*All CUSTOM LEATHER.
*All lingerie, swimwear, hosiery.

SHIPPING

The majority of our products are in stock, however, some products may be made to-order.  (i.e. archive t-shirts & custom leather jackets). Delivery of your order will depend on your chosen shipping method.

We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS for domestic orders (USA).

We ship via DHL or UPS for International orders.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

THE CAST is not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Other shipping methods are available by request. 

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of New York. Tax charges will appear automatically during checkout.

POLICY FOR ALL CUSTOM LEATHER ORDERS


TERMS & CONDITIONS

All custom orders will be scheduled in the order they are received. When you place your order, we'll contact you about the schedule and let you know when you can expect your custom leather. Delivery times vary but may take up to 4-10 weeks or more. We may be able to produce it faster depending on the complexity of your jacket!

All garments are made to the exact measurements and specifications of the customer from the time they submit and place their order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of these custom produced pieces, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
